A well-known “Big Mama” has gone viral after joining a trend typically dominated by younger people, impressing many who have come across the video.
This popular challenge has spread across Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, and now Uganda. Students, lecturers, co-workers, and even musicians have all taken part so they don’t miss out.
Big mamas are also joining the trend, surprising viewers while steadily improving their performances.
One woman, in particular, has become the latest sensation after appearing in a video with a very energetic young man as they engaged in a demanding activity together.
Based on her appearance, some believe she may be from Uganda, Kenya, or South Africa. She gave the challenge her full effort, even though she looked a bit tired at certain moments.
The environment where they filmed was small—compared to a tight “Chelsea-style” pitch—but their experience helped them make the most of the space and showcase their skills. The young man showed impressive stamina, and although the Big Mama kept up for a while, the pace eventually became intense for her.
At one point, he slowed things down so she could catch her breath and take a short break before they resumed and wrapped up the challenge.
