The Janaza (funeral) prayers for Sina Ghami and Abdul Latif “Latz” Ayodele, close friends of boxing star Anthony Joshua, are set for Sunday, January 4, 2026.
The bodies of Ghami and Ayodele were returned to the UK following the fatal Lagos–Ibadan Expressway crash in Nigeria on December 29, 2025, which also involved Joshua, who survived with minor injuries.
The service will take place at 10 a.m. at London Central Mosque, 146 Park Road, London NW8 7RG, providing an opportunity for family, friends, and the boxing community to pay their final respects. A statement from Boxing King Media expressed condolences to the families.
