The family of the late actress and film director, Allwell Ademola, has announced details of her burial arrangements, one week after her sudden passing.
In a statement circulating online, the family disclosed that Ademola will be laid to rest at Atan Cemetery, Yaba, Lagos State, on Friday, January 9, 2026.
According to the schedule, a service of songs, candlelight procession, and artiste night will take place on Thursday, January 8, at LTV8, from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
SNOW TV NEWS reports that Allwell Ademola died of a heart attack on December 27, 2025, at the age of 49.
Her death came as a shock to many, prompting an outpouring of grief from colleagues and fans, including Iyabo Ojo, Funke Akindele, Femi Adebayo, Biola Adebayo, Lateef Adedimeji, and Toyin Abraham, who took to social media to mourn her.
