Nigeria’s Super Eagles will touch down in Fès, Morocco, on Thursday, December 18, ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has confirmed.
The team and officials are scheduled to fly from Cairo to the Moroccan city on a chartered aircraft.
Eric Chelle’s squad has been camping in Cairo since Sunday as part of their AFCON preparations.
The Super Eagles will face Egypt’s Pharaohs in a pre-AFCON friendly later tonight at the Cairo International Stadium.
Nigeria, three-time African champions, have been drawn into Group C alongside Tanzania’s Taifa Stars, Tunisia’s Carthage Eagles, and Uganda’s Cranes.
All of Nigeria’s group-stage matches will be played at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
The Super Eagles will open their campaign against Tanzania, before taking on former champions Tunisia on Saturday, December 27, and rounding off the group phase against Uganda on Tuesday, December 30.
