Victoria Jones, the 34-year-old daughter of Hollywood veteran Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead at an upscale hotel in California in the early hours of New Year’s Day.
According to the San Francisco Police Department, officers responded to a report of a medical emergency at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel at about 3:14 a.m. on Thursday. Paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Sources cited by TMZ later identified her as Victoria Jones.
The San Francisco Fire Department said bystanders were instructed to perform CPR before emergency services arrived, but she was already deceased.
Victoria was the daughter of the Fugitive star and his first wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office has opened an investigation to determine the cause of death.
She had some acting credits earlier in life, including appearances in Men in Black II alongside her father and the television series One Tree Hill. She also featured in the 2005 film The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, which was directed by and starred Tommy Lee Jones, according to her IMDb profile.
Reports also indicate that Victoria had faced legal issues earlier in the year, with multiple arrests recorded in Napa and Santa Cruz counties. Court documents show she had pleaded not guilty to charges arising from those cases.
Authorities say investigations into her death are ongoing.
