The management of has announced the deadline for its 2026/2027 Post-UTME screening application for candidates seeking admission into its regulated programmes.
In a public announcement signed by Dr. Harrison Madubueze, the university disclosed that applications for Law, Medicine & Surgery, Nursing, Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D), and Medical Laboratory Science will officially close on Friday, August 7, 2026.
The institution, however, stated that the Post-UTME application portal will remain open for candidates applying to all non-regulated programmes as well as Direct Entry applicants until Sunday, August 30, 2026.
The university urged all prospective candidates who selected COOU as their first-choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to complete their applications before the respective deadlines to avoid missing the admission opportunity.
Candidates are advised to take note of the different closing dates and ensure they submit their applications within the stipulated period.
