An anti-cultism group, Naija Confra, on Wednesday released a video showing two teenage girls who were arrested in Edo State for possessing a pump-action shotgun marked Breach No. 0230.
The suspects, identified as Believe Ehinor (18) and Ofoma Sofia (19), were reportedly apprehended by officers from the Uromi Division of the Edo State Police Command.
They were stopped and taken into custody around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025. Police also recovered five live cartridges that had been hidden in a sack.
According to a statement from the State Police Command spokesperson, CSP Moses Yamu, the girls admitted that the firearm belongs to one Peace Ehinor, who fled during an earlier police raid.
